I misheard my appointment time & arrived almost an hour early for my appointment. All staff from reception through my appointment and helping me find new glasses; were warm, professional & accommodating. All were competent in their duties. I loved my doctor! I found them to genuinely care. Highly recommend this facility!

Monroe Vision Clinic was wonderful. Scheduling my appointment was a breeze online, they had so many available options making it convenient for my schedule. I arrived at my appt about 15 min early and they got me right in. After getting all the eye tests done I only wait about 2min for the doctor to come in! Dr. Schneider was great! He was very personable and explained everything well. I felt heard and felt like my time was respected. Thank you

All of the staff have always been welcoming, professional and attentive at the Snohomish location. Even though I have moved an hour away, the drive is worth it knowing I have a great team looking out for my eye health.
