Wonderful first experience! The office is so nice, clean and quiet. The ladies at the front desk were very kind, and the check-in process was super quick for a new patient exam. Noemi, the technician, and Dr. Lillian Lee were both amazing! They are so friendly and easy to talk to, they answered all my questions. I was in and out of there super fast. A great visit!​​​​​​​

The clinic is clean, well-organized, and runs efficiently — I barely had to wait at all. The eye exam was very thorough, and the doctor took the time to explain everything clearly, answering all of my questions with care and professionalism. I never felt rushed, which I really appreciated. They also have a great selection of glasses, and the staff was incredibly helpful in finding frames that suited my style and fit within my budget. Billing and insurance were handled smoothly and transparently. If you’re looking for a vision clinic that combines expertise with genuine care for patients, I highly recommend Monroe Vision Clinic. I misheard my appointment time & arrived almost an hour early for my appointment. All staff from reception through my appointment and helping me find new glasses; were warm, professional & accommodating. All were competent in their duties. I loved my doctor! I found them to genuinely care. Highly recommend this facility!​​​​​​​

Monroe Vision Clinic was wonderful. Scheduling my appointment was a breeze online, they had so many available options making it convenient for my schedule. I arrived at my appt about 15 min early and they got me right in. After getting all the eye tests done I only wait about 2min for the doctor to come in! Dr. Schneider was great! He was very personable and explained everything well. I felt heard and felt like my time was respected. Thank you​​​​​​​

I have been going to Monroe Vision Clinic for 24 years and I could not recomend them more. Dr. Sessions is always thorough, informative, warm and caring. All of the staff have always been welcoming, professional and attentive at the Snohomish location. Even though I have moved an hour away, the drive is worth it knowing I have a great team looking out for my eye health.​​​​​​​
