Our Doctor

​​​​​Dr. Sessions performed his undergraduate studies at Ricks College and Brigham Young University. He received his Doctor of Optometry degree from the Southern California College of Optometry, graduating with honors in 1997. Thereafter, Dr. Sessions completed a one year residency in Seattle. His residency focused on the treatment of ocular disease and surgical co-management with full therapeutic privileges. 

Following his residency, Dr. Sessions worked at TLC Northwest Laser Center in Lynnwood where he worked with patients having laser refractive surgery. There he provided pre-operative counseling, examinations and post-operative care. Dr. Sessions joined The Monroe Vision Clinic in 1999. He provides full-scope optometric care to patients of all ages. His practice includes ocular disease management, post-surgical care of cataract, corneal disease, glaucoma, vitreo-retinal disease and contact lenses. He lives with his wife Amber in Snohomish. They have 5 children and 3 grandchildren and enjoy traveling, skiing, and running.

​​​​​Dr. Stephanie He grew up in the suburbs of Chicago. She graduated magna cum laude and received her doctorate degree at Illinois College of Optometry. After graduation, she completed a residency at the Sepulveda VA Ambulatory Care Clinic in Los Angeles specializing in ocular disease, specifically diabetic eye disease, glaucoma, and macular degeneration.

Dr. He loves seeing patients of all different ages and finding ways to enhance their vision and improve their ocular comfort. She is also passionate about myopia control as she grew up wearing orthokeratology sleep-shaping lenses for over 10 years to help prevent her own myopic progression.

In her free time, she enjoys trying new cuisines and restaurants, spending time outdoors, and traveling the world with her husband and two kids.

​​​​​Joseph Lee, OD, FAAO is an optometrist with a focus in the treatment and management of ocular disease, and fitting of soft and custom specialty contact lenses. Prior to joining Monroe Vision Clinic in 2019, he practiced at a private ophthalmology clinic in Kirkland, WA. 

Dr. Lee completed his optometry training at the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago, Illinois in 2013. Upon graduation, to further specialize in ocular disease management, he received additional residency training at the Louis Stokes Veteran Affairs Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio. 

Dr. Lee is an active member of professional organizations such as American Optometric Association, Optometric Physician of Washington, and King County Optometric Society. He served as the president of the King County Optometric Society from 2020 to 2021 and currently serves as a Trustee in the Optometric Physician of Washington. 

A Southern California native, Dr. Lee completed his undergraduate studies in 2007 at the University of California, Los Angeles, with a Bachelor of Science in Physiological Sciences. In his free time, he enjoys exploring the great outdoors, hiking, camping, traveling, and photography with his family.

​​​​​Dr. Mason Schneider was born in Seattle and raised in Renton, Washington. He decided to pursue a career in eye care after being diagnosed with two retinal tears, a potentially sight-threatening condition. Fortunately the problem was diagnosed and corrected before it had any affect on vision.

Dr. Schneider owes the vision in his left eye to his family optometrist who was careful and thorough in his examination. Dr. Schneider is committed to giving his patients the same thoughtful and comprehensive care he is so grateful to have received. He completed his undergrad studies at Brigham Young University with a B.S. in Nutritional Science, optometry training at Pacific University Oregon and completed his residency at Salt Lake City VA Medical Center.

Dr. Schneider and his wife have four energetic young boys. He enjoys spending time with his family and having fun outdoors.

​​​​​Dr. Lillian Lee, born and raised in Beaverton, Oregon, embarked on her eye care journey by earning her undergraduate degree from Oregon State University before pursuing her Doctor of Optometry at Pacific University College of Optometry.

Throughout her graduate studies, Dr. Lillian honed her skills through a multitude of clinical settings, including externships at the veterans hospital, cataract/corrective surgery co-management center, and vision therapy clinic. These experiences fueled her dedication to managing ocular diseases such as diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, dry eye, and cataracts, alongside providing comprehensive eye exams for patients of all ages. Beyond her professional pursuits, Dr. Lillian cherishes her free time spent with family and friends, immersing herself in the outdoors, indulging in a good book, and savoring culinary adventures at local eateries.

Dr. Anna Wisdom earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from Pacific University College of Optometry in Oregon before completing a residency at the Portland Veteran Affairs Medical Center. During her residency, she received additional training in managing ocular disease, including glaucoma, macular degeneration, ocular manifestations of systemic diseases such as diabetes, and cataract surgery co-management.

Dr. Wisdom enjoys seeing patients of all ages to provide comprehensive eye exams with areas of interest in contact lens fittings, dry eye treatment, and ocular disease management. She values getting to know each patient and providing personalized care to support long term eye health.

Dr. Wisdom grew up in Woodinville, Washington, and completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Washington. In her free time, she loves hiking, baking sourdough bread, reading a good book, and traveling with her husband.
